Lugansk People’s Republic Acting Head Leonid Pasechnik has said that President Vladimir Putin’s initiative to build a high speed rail link from Moscow to Adler and connect Lugansk and Donetsk to it is very timely and important to Donbass residents.
“This route is vital to the Republic, and I think it will be launched,” Pasechnik told the Lugansk Media Center.
“A high speed rail link with the capital of our Motherland is a not too-distant prospect: sponsor regions have built hundreds of kilometers of new roads in the Republic over the past year, though just recently it looked like an impossible dream to many people,” he said. *i*sb
