The Lugansk People’s Republic government has created a regional organizing committee of the World Youth Festival, the government press service reported.
Under the Cabinet’s resolution, LPR Youth Policy Minister Yulia Velichko will interact with the World Youth Festival Directorate in the organization and information support of the events of the regional stage of the festival.

On March 1 – 7, 2024 Sochi will host World Youth Festival which will be held at the instruction of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The Sirius federal campus will bring together more than 20,000 Russian nationals and foreign citizens.
The registration will last until November 4. More than 500 LPR residents have already applied for participation.*i
