Public services center to be available to 90 percent of LPR residents by September
The number of operating windows at offices of the Multi-Functional Public Services Center (MFC) in the Lugansk People’s Republic will increase to 225 by September which will enable it to provide services to 90 percent of the LPR population, said MFC Director Vitaly Sedykh.
“As of today, we have 145 active windows; by September, their number will increase by 80,” Sedyukh told the Lugansk Media Center. “Additional windows will be launched in the settlements of Schastye, Krasny Luch, Stanitsa Luganskaya, Antratsit, Krasnodon, Perevalsk, Alchevsk and Rovenki.”
Thus, MFC offices will be able to provide services to 90 percent of the population and reduce customer service wait times. Repairs of permanent MFC offices are in full swing; some of them are accommodated in municipal administration buildings, he said.
The renovation and refitting are funded by Russian sponsor regions.
Earlier reports said that the MFC planned to launch 37 offices by yearend. The list of public services is available on the website of the organization.
