“Every residents will be able to take out health insurance in the Republic,” Pasechnik wrote on Telegram. “It guarantees medical assistance and vital medications on a free-of-charge basis across the Russian Federation.”

Free medical service across the whole Russia will soon become available to all Lugansk region residents, he added.
Pasechnik and FOMS chairman Ilya Balanin signed an agreement on interaction in Lugansk on Friday.
