Russian air defense units have shot down 13 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles in the special military operation zone including the territory of the Lugansk People’s Republic over the past 24 hours, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.
“Air defense units eliminated 13 Ukrainian UAVs in the areas of Novovodyanoye and Lisichansk in the Lugansk People’s Republic, Peski, Spornoye and Alexandrovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic, Novaya Zburyevka in the Kherson region and Tokmak in the Zaporozhye region, as well as one HIMARS projectile,” the report said.
On the Krasny Liman axis, Task Force “Center” units, aircraft and artillery repelled five attacks by assault groups of Ukraine’s 63rd and 67th Mechanized Brigades in the areas of Yampolovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic and Chernovaya Dibrova in the Lugansk People’s Republic.
“Enemy losses on this axis amounted up to 280 servicemen, five “Kozak” armored fighting vehicles and three cars,” the Defense Ministry said.
