Russian forces have repelled seven Kiev army attacks on the Kupyansk and Krasny Liman axes, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.
“On the Kupyansk axis, Task Force “West” units, supported by aircraft and artillery, repelled five attacks by the Ukrainian army’s 32nd and 115th Mechanized Brigades and 4th Tank Brigade in the areas of Sinkovka and Orlyanskoye in the Kharkov region and Makeyevka in the Lugansk People’s Republic,” the report said. “Enemy losses amounted up to 170 servicemen, four pickups and one Akatsiya self-propelled howitzer.”
On the Krasny Liman axis, Task Force “Center” units, aircraft and artillery repelled two attacks by Ukraine’s 63rd and 67th Mechanized Brigades in the Chervonaya Dibrova settlement area (LPR).
Damage was inflicted on enemy manpower and equipment in the areas of Torskoye and Grigorovka (DPR) and Kuzmino (LPR).
“The Ukrainian army lost up to 45 servicemen, two armored fighting vehicles and two cars. One “Akatsiya” self-propelled howitzer and D-20 and D-30 howitzers were destroyed in counterbattery duels,” the Russian Defense Ministry said.
