Russian forces have repelled a Kiev army attack next to the Chervonaya Dibrova settlement in the Kremennaya district over the past 24 hours, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.
“On the Krasny Liman axis, Task Force Center” units, aircraft and artillery repelled an attack by an assault group of 12th Special Operations Brigade “Azov” in the Chervonaya Dibrova settlement area in the Lugansk People’s Republic,” the report said.
“Damage was inflicted on enemy manpower and equipment in the areas of Torskoye in the Donetsk People’s Republic and Serebryanka Forestry,” the Defense Ministry said.
The Ukrainian army lost up to 175 servicemen killed or wounded, two pickups and two US-made M777 artillery pieces.
Air defense units intercepted two high mobility artillery rocket system (HIMARS) projectiles and one US-made JDAM precision bomb.
“Twenty-six Ukrainian drones were eliminated in the areas of Kremennaya in the Lugansk People's Republic, Novoandreyevka and Lipovoye in the DPR, and Mirnoye, Romanovskoye and Pavlovka in the Zaporozhye region,” the Defense Ministry said.*i*sb
