Russia’s Investigative Committee (SK) has begun to check the facts from the video showing Russian prisoners-of-war tortured by Kiev servicemen, the SK press service reported.
“A number of media outlets posted the video which show Ukrainian armed formations forcing Russian POWs to walk through a minefield in a special military operation area,” the SK said. The video was found in an electronic gadget in a Ukrainian trench shelter.
The SK is ascertaining the recording date and the area where the incident occurred. It will prosecute the culprits if the information proves true, the press service said.*i
