Three civilians were wounded in Kiev forces’ artillery fire at Privolye, a satellite settlement of Lisichansk, on September 21, local authorities reported on Telegram.
“Ukrainian fascists shelled the town of Privolye again on September 21,” the Lisichansk Town Hall said. “Three people suffered shrapnel wounds and damage was caused to homes.”
In the Mirnaya Dolina village outside Lisichansk, a gas pipe and single family homes were damaged by Ukrainian artillery fire. There were no casualties.*i *sb
