Three employees of the Starobelsk grain storage company have been wounded in an artillery attack by Kiev forces, the Lugansk People’s Republic Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine's war crimes (JCCC) reported.
“The enemy fired an M142 high mobility artillery rocket system (HIMARS) at the settlement of Starobelsk expending two M31 GMLRS missiles,” the JCCC said. “Three employees of the Starobelsk grain storage municipal unitary enterprise were wounded, and storage facilities and the weigh house were damaged.”
The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014. The peace talks that began soon thereafter failed to reach tangible results due to Kiev’s position to settle the conflict by force.
The Lugansk People’s Republic became a part of Russia on September 30, 2022 following the unification referendum.*i*v
