Two LPR civilians have been killed, three others injured since February 17, when the security situation in Donbass deteriorated dramatically, the LPR Mission to the JCCC said.
"From Feb 17 to Feb 21, two civilians in Pionerskoye were killed, three civilians were injured in Prishib, Znamenka," the report reads.
Ukrainian armed forces attempted to break through LPR defence in Pionerskoye, assault-crossing the Severskiy Donets river at around 5 a.m. February 20. As a result of the operation, the enemy incurred losses and retracted. *t
