Chairperson of the Lugansk People’s Republic Election Commissions Yelena Kravchenko has explained where and how LPR residents can vote at the Republic’s municipal and parliamentary elections in September.
“The Republic has set up 461 voting stations,” Kravchenko told the Lugansk Media Center. “Voting will take place on September 8, 9 and 10.”
Elections will also take place in frontline, hard-to-access or war-damaged areas at venues “suitable for ballot casting including house yards, squares and parks,” she said.
The Donbass Republics and Zaporozhye and Kherson regions plan to set up 328 exterritorial polling stations for parliamentary elections.
Any voter can check his or her name on voter lists at the district election commission starting August 30 or August 29 in case of early voting.
