521 education facilities to be restored in new regions in 2023

More than 500 education facilities in the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics and the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions will be rebuilt this year, Russian Education Minister Sergey Kravtsov told the Lugansk Media Center.    “Repairs will be completed on 521 facilities including 321 shcools,”  Kravtsov said. “I hope that we'll keep these high rebuilding rates in subsequent years.” The Ministry and the sponsor regions are providing furniture, textbooks and sport equipment to schools in the new territories, he said.   The press service of the Russian Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities earlier reported that builders had restored more than one million square meters of housing and social infrastructure facilities in the Lugansk People’s Republic.  *i*ie
