President Vladimir Putin’s initiatives enable the Lugansk People’s Republic to become modern and strong, LPR Head Leonid Pasechnik said at the 2nd Conference of the regional branch of the United Russia party.   “United Russia is the party of our President Vladimir Putin,” Pasechnik said. “Realizing his ideas, we build a modern and strong Republic and make plans for the future.
